CPi Technologies’ Engineering department is capable of all project aspects. Design to drawings, schematics to consulting. Because our staff are Qualified Engineers, we understand your needs and can engineer your solution professionally.

Procurement

CPi Technologies are able to purchase for and on behalf of the client with negotiated prices. This is possible as we are specialists with regards to AS-i equipment and know exactly what is required and who distributes / imports at the best price. *CPi Technologies *are the sole South African importers for IDEM safety equipment and CCC conveyor products .There are no middlemen within this, so pricing is at its best.

Construction

Generally CPi approach construction in three phases
• Manufacture
We favor a pre-assembled kit form approach for manufacture. This allows us to factory test all sub assemblies prior to shipment to site hence reducing costly installation and commissioning.
• Installation
CPi have their own installation crew but can also manage their portion where the client has appointed an installation contractor on large projects.
• Commissioning
Good commissioning determines the success of any project. For this reason we prefer to do our own commissioning and have a very strong knowledge base to successfully startup a project.

Management

CPi Technologies have a tremendous amount of project management experience. The industries included in this experience are Mining , Process , Automotive and Material Handling. Our Project management is a core part of our business and we have employees and subcontractors available to handle your needs.
