Belt Alignment Switch
Model TA
What the switch does:
• The model TA Conveyor Belt alignment Switch protects the conveyor belt from damage due to belt misalignment or runoff.
• Each switch consists of an aluminium housing with a red epoxy coated roller.
• The model TA can be furnished with general purpose or explosion proof construction. Cast Iron and epoxy coated housings are also available.
Belt Rip and Tear Switch
Model DB
What the switch does:
• An early warning system for damaged belts
• Economical and easy to install, they warn supervisory personnel of impending belt failures due to rips, punctures, splice failures, or sharp objects protruding through the belt fabric.
• A belt problem is detected when an object or a piece of damaged belt hangs below the belt’s surface and sweeps away cables.
• As the cable is detached it pulls the spring loaded ball out of a socket, causing two micro switches to sound an alarm or to shut down the conveyor.
• The model DB can be furnished with general purpose or explosion proof construction. Cast Iron and epoxy coated housings are also available.
Tilt Level Switch
Model CT
What the switch does:
• The Model CT tilt level control is designed for use in applications where the bulk material to be sensed is exposed or open.
• These level controls are used in the Process Industry on bulk materials that require rugged sensors
• The Model CT can be furnished in stainless steel or mild steel and 6” (Compact), 9” (Standard) sizes.
